If you don't post a name or link to a pic's source (i.e. person's blog or fitness profile), do we just assume that you don't know who the person in the picture is? Some of these people I'm curious to see if they have a website, blog, or facebook so I can read about their fitness/nutrition.
Sometimes I don’t know the name and sometimes I am just lazy. But in a lot of cases you can find the name using this search: http://www.google.com/insidesearch/searchbyimage.html .
